He has to his deserved credit, innumerable scientific publications. In 1992, he was conferred with the Nigerian National Order of Merit [NNOM] the highest award in Nigeria for distinguished academic achievement.

Mr Olaiya Orlando Ojo — Director

An astute manager of men and materials, Mr. Olaiya Orlando Ojo has had a rich, long and varied experience in operations, management and Board levels of well over 34 years working in companies in Royal/Dutch Shell in Nigeria and abroad as well as other boards since retiring from Shell in 2006. He was Managing Director/CEO of National Oil & Chemical Marketing Plc [Now Conoil Plc], MD/CEO of Shell Nigeria Gas Limited, Executive Director [Operations] Togo et Shell. Prior to these professional accomplishments, he has held Senior Management positions within Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria [SPDC] the last of which was General Manager [Value and Relations].

Since retiring from Shell, he has continued to pursue varied interests in oil and gas business, medical services, publishing, Pension Funds Administration and Assets Management. He is presently the Chairman of Amsa'in Management Consultants Limited and First Guarantee Pensions Limited..

Dr. Theo C. Osanakpo — Director

Dr. Theo C. Osanakpo, SAN is an accomplished legal practitioner. After obtaining a Masters in Comparative Law and Doctor of Philosophy [PhD] in Law respectively from Southern Methodist University Dallas Texas USA and University of Exeter England, he set up the law firm of Dr. T.C.Osanakpo & Co. He has been in active legal practice from then till date, involved in various aspects of civil litigation and corporate/commercial law practice.

He distinguished himself as a legal practitioner and was elevated to the Inner Bar and conferred with the coveted rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria well over a decade ago. Amongst other public and private sector achievements, he is a Director of First Inland Bank Plc and the current Chairman of Risonpalm Limited. His publications include "Harmonisation of Energy and Commercial Laws in the West African sub-region". He is a Papal Knight of St. Gregory the Great.
